Orders are shipped out same or next business day between Tuesday - Saturday.
Tracking information is emailed to you, once your items are packed and delivered to the selected shipping carrier.
All carrier options come with tracking and any packages too large to fit in a mailbox will require a signature confirmation. Packages that require a signature, can reschedule a delivery date or be picked up at your local carrier, if you missed the first delivery.
Autumn Jade is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, weather related issues, shipping delays or extreme seasonal backups caused by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Shipping is a service purchased directly from the carrier at check-out along with your Autumn Jade order, which rates and transit days are calculated directly from the carrier.

EXCHANGE ONLY/NO RETURNS:
Our policy for eligible products is; absolutely no refund, and exchange is affective for 7 days from the date tracking shows delivery (NO EXCEPTIONS).
All products must be in their original packaging with tags and/or wraps attached. Items must be in resalable condition, and accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the company is at fault.
